The Phase 3 FORWARD trial has now enrolled 50 participants — and the results so far are remarkable: 10 of 12 participants who received a full dose remained completely insulin-independent one year after treatment.

Regulatory submission is expected later in 2026, which could make Zimislecel the first scalable cell therapy cure for T1D to reach the market.

A Year-Long CGM Is Here — and It Talks to Your Pump
